Estimation of the 1 in 100-year peak flood level, depth and velocity across rural catchments in the Cloncurry Shire, on the Williams River, QLD. The rural location meant that no gauging stations were located within the site vicinity, and instead extreme conditions had to be estimated using regional Flood Frequency Analysis (FFA) techniques, and 2D hydraulic flood modelling of both flows and rainfall patterns, following Australian Rainfall and Runoff (2016)
