A detailed design for emergency erosion protection works at Bates Street, Boonooroo. The works have addressed an immediate erosion risk, which encroached within 2m of the road following extreme weather. The emergency project included an options appraisal before undertaking the detailed design using 2T Aqua Rock Bags. The construction included removal of concrete debris, reprofiling, installation of geotextile and stacking of the new 2T units over 26m of roadway.
