System development scoping for an impact-based Flood, Coastal and Cyclone Forecasting System to be integrated within the Guardian Computer Aided Dispatch System developed for the National Fire Authority of Fiji. Expanded capabilities within flood and coastal impacts would allow the system to be enhanced for other government departments.
