A project to increase the resilience of the people and economic assets in Vietnam to natural hazards under the National Disaster Prevention, Response and Mitigation Strategy. In partnership with Kisters, this project strengthened current weather forecasting systems, developed a warning systems for disaster preparedness, and established a multi hazard early warning systems for Vietnam.
